Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect both your time and mine, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Changes made with less than 24 hours notice, including rescheduling or cancellation, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session fee to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

Please note that late arrivals will result in a shortened session. The full session fee will still apply. Whenever possible, the full time will be honoured; however, if there is a client scheduled after your appointment, the session will need to end at the scheduled time.
